　　本片将镜头对准英国最奇怪的一条电话热线——异常原因操纵的绑架及外星人袭击（AMMACH）求助热线,那些认为自己是外星人袭击受害者的人们可以拨打999来求助。我们将跟踪100位拨打过这个热线的人，包括小镇议员西蒙，他相信除了生活在地球的太太外，他还有一个外星家庭,家庭主妇尚特勒认为自己被外星人绑架了很多次，并希望这样的遭遇可以停止,会计师玛丽认为自己的基因被置换，并已有了部分外星人血统。这些普通人都坚信自己曾经遇到过外星人并拨打了热线电话。他们最希望了解的是为什么这样奇怪的事情会发生在自己身上。
