　　从1927年起，劳拉与哈代联合演出，拍了50多部喜剧短片，1932年他们的影片《音乐盒》获第5届奥斯卡最佳喜剧短片金像奖。 1960年劳拉凭着他对喜剧电影领域的开创贡献而荣获第33届奥斯卡荣誉奖。 直到今天，迪斯尼动画片中的许多搞笑片断都是对其喜剧电影的模仿，因此，我们可以自豪地说――是他们，将世界喜剧电影推向了一个崭新的里程！
